I received my order of a powerpack for my Oculus Quest in just 3 days. In that period of time it was sent from France to my home address in The Netherlands. That was already a surprise but when I found out I didn't order the correct version (my mistake) I sent an email and with no additional cost the spare parts (velcro) I needed where sent to me by post and received within a few days as well. That is what I call after sales service and therefor these 5 stars. It won't be my last buy with this shop !!

I ordered an HTC Vive Tracker (2018), which is currently hard to get elsewhere. Although express shipment abroad is right now not available via the online shop interface, my request to the team got immediately answered.
