I'd like to give this company a score of 0 if I can. First of all, the company will have some false and untrue descriptions of its products, such as falsely reporting the age of whisky. Secondly, the company is not responsible for the damage of products during transportation and speaks badly. Third, the customer service experience of the company is very poor, and the manager is very rude to the customer. Just write so much. It's tiring to do business with them.

In January 2022, due to the inducement of the sales staff of the company, I purchased 10 orders in the company, with a value of more than 2000 euros. Since COVID-19 only received the goods one month later, there are the following problems. 1) The whisky sold by the company falsely reported the year and was suspected of counterfeiting 2)The company charged courier fees, but the goods were damaged in transit, and the company refused to compensate. 3) After problems occurred, the company delayed, refused to admit 4) The manager (boss) of the company finally sent an email to the customer, including discriminating against and threatening customers. I will continue to ask the company to compensate me for my losses and report the company's bad behavior to the relevant government departments in Paris, France. Here, I remind all customers to be more careful before buying.

Le vendeur de ce produit de commande a dit qu'il a été fabriqué en 2019, mais après avoir reçu les marchandises, j'ai découvert qu'il a été fabriqué en 2020. Je suis en contact avec le vendeur pour voir comment il gère.

Après avoir reçu les marchandises, j'a i découvert qu'une bouteille était endommagée pendant le transport. J'ai contacté la compagnie de messagerie et le marchand. Je ne sais toujours pas comment la manipuler. Le service à la clientèle est toujours en vacances et n'a pas été traité temporairement.
