Five stars for what I received. But the customer service experience alone could get it's own five stars.

As a returning customer I am once again happy with the service and communication from the team at Black Armoury. The customised jacket I ordered fits great and looks both very robust and stylish. Delivery was postponed by some time due to circumstances outside of BA's control, but communication about this was quick and friendly.

La maschera da scherma inviata non corrisponde a quella ordinata, è un modello molto più economico e scadente. Ho richiesto di avviare la pratica per il reso e ho chiesto di ricevere un tagliando per la spedizione prepagato, visto che l'errore è da imputare al venditore, ma non ho ricevuto risposta .

I ordered a custom jacket in April of 2025 i finally got it in November of 2025 and it was the wrong size. They told me they were going to remake it. I confirmed my sizing and have not heard anything in almost two months. The process of working with this company has been extremely expensive and extremely frustrating and after almost a calendar year. It seems like I am out hundreds of dollars and still don't have a fencing jacket that fits

I tempi di consegna sono stati molto lunghi e purtroppo le partigiane si sono spezzate al primo utilizzo. Le teste delle armi si sono rotte senza impattare tra loro, ma come conseguenza del contatto tra le aste di legno.
