La livraison de la veste a pris plus de temps que prévu, mais le produit est excellent. Dès que le service client a remarqué le problème, j’ai été traité en priorité et j’ai reçu une compensation. Conclusion : je rachèterais cette veste sans hésiter !

Die bestellten Handschuhe waren leider nicht sofort verfügbar aber nachdem dann einmal Kontakt hergestellt war lief alles gut. Erst würde Ersatz angeboten aber letztendlich bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Good Afternoon, My order never arrived and I cant find the tracking to it nor a way to track it via your site at all.

Il prodotto è veramente ottimo ma la consegna è stata molo lenta.

La maschera da scherma inviata non corrisponde a quella ordinata, è un modello molto più economico e scadente. Ho richiesto di avviare la pratica per il reso e ho chiesto di ricevere un tagliando per la spedizione prepagato, visto che l'errore è da imputare al venditore, ma non ho ricevuto risposta .

I ordered a custom jacket in April of 2025 i finally got it in November of 2025 and it was the wrong size. They told me they were going to remake it. I confirmed my sizing and have not heard anything in almost two months. The process of working with this company has been extremely expensive and extremely frustrating and after almost a calendar year. It seems like I am out hundreds of dollars and still don't have a fencing jacket that fits

I tempi di consegna sono stati molto lunghi e purtroppo le partigiane si sono spezzate al primo utilizzo. Le teste delle armi si sono rotte senza impattare tra loro, ma come conseguenza del contatto tra le aste di legno.

Acquisto di 3 pantaloni da scherma pluderhosen. Acquisto effettuato a Ottobre 2025 e , già nella descrizione, Black Armory aveva notificato che i tempi di produzione potevano variare da 4 a 8 settimane. Dopo il primo mese di attesa ho aperto un ticket per chiedere lo stato dei pantaloni, mi ha risposto Anthony, cordiale e professionale membro dello staff. Bene Anthony non ha mai smesso di tenermi informato sull'ordine, il quale, dovuta la presenza delle feste natalizie e l'enorme volume di ordini in fase di realizzazione, è stato completato ad inizio gennaio. Sui pantaloni potrei spendere parole per ore ed ore, sono ottimi, comodi e veramente belli, tuttavia voglio evidenziare la straordinaria professionalità nel servizio clienti fornito da Anthony e Black Armory. Io e gli altri acquirenti ci siamo sentiti seguiti e supportati settimana dopo settimana. Consiglio vivamente di acquistare presso questo produttore, il quale, nonostante le difficoltà riscontrare da altri utenti negli anni passati, si sta rimettendo in carreggiata al massimo delle sue potenzialità.
