Parfait !!

I ordered custom case for my balafon and it did fit but the strap was sewn incorrectly. I ordered 4 sets of mallets, 2 felt tipped and 2 rubber tipped. The mallets sounded and performed much better than the set I had. One of the rubber tipped mallets was not cut to the correct length. The worst part was one of the rubber tipped mallets arrived with wood eating beetles. I was able to catch it but one of my balafon keys showed signs of insect damage. If i had not caught it, the beetles could have done more damage...I reached out to Fabrice on October 9th and have yet to receive a response to my email. I'm disappointed because this experience has put me off from any future orders. It is clear that this package was prepared in too much of a rush. If someone had taken about 5 extra minutes to look, the strap could have been sewn the right and they may have seen the insect holes in the mallet. I will be contacting PayPal to request a refund for at least the set of mallets arrived that not cut to length and the wood eating beetles. UPDATE: It was brought to my attention that Fabrice had in fact responded to me several times and his emails went to my spam folder. I was able to finally chat with him and we were able to solve the issues amicably and he refunded me the price of the bad mallets. He also explained that the wood used for other instruments are resistant to pests. Thanks again Fabrice

Je suis très contente avec ma nouvelle 12-string ngoni. L'instrument est une vraie beautée et fabriquée très soigneusement. Le son est très riche et avec beaucoups de résonnance. Y a un seul petit détail: A quelques inclinations de l'instrument y a quelque chose qui vibre avec...j'ai pas encore trouver "l'auteur" de cet resonnance. L'achat, les conseils et la livraisons étaitent impeccable! Merci pour votre travail fiable!

Beautiful product, good customer service but the delivery company let them down and did not update with delivery details, didnt leave a card when they did come and my parcel sat in my local post office for 2 weeks. Will buy from company again though as product is exceptional quality and very carefully packaged. 👍😁
