Le personnel est vraiment très gentil, accueillant et à l’écoute. Le matériel était de bonne qualité et bien adapté a nos enfants.
Accueil très convivial et rapide, j’ai pu changer mes chaussures et ski sens aucun souci car ils ne me convenaient pas, la vendeuse était très très gentil c’était agréable d’avoir à faire à elle

I was very disappointed with my experience this time! I booked to hire from Val d'isere and when I arrived to collect my skis the shop was closed. The other branches in the village were also closed! It wasted 2 hours of our first day trying to locate ski hire even though I had already paid with ski republic!

During the last week of the season, the shop was exceptionally closed between 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm. This information was communicated in advance on our website and displayed at the entrance of the shop.
To ensure continuity of service during this time, other nearby Ski Republic shops remained open and available to assist customers.
We regret the inconvenience caused and the time it took to find an alternative solution.
