I received my skis within a reasonable timeframe. My only comment is about the bindings: they're positioned at the limit of my boot size. I think they could have been positioned so the measurement I provided was in the center. I hope I don't have any problems if I ever change boots and the base is larger.

Compre unos Rossignol Forza 70, pensando que vendrian con punteras de proteccion , como toda la gama Forze, porque en unas fotos de vuestra pagina aparece con puntera, y me han llegado los esquis sin punteras ,.. os he pedido a ver si me podeis conseguir las dichas punteras ( en VUESTRA PAGINA en una foto viene con punteras ) y me habeis contestado que no porque rossignol no los tiene o no se que !!!! Muy mal

I purchased TWO pairs of skis. According to their website the skis were supposed to arrive by feb 21. After buying the skis they sent an email saying they would deliver a week later. After 5 days they sent an email with the tracking number. However, the day before the delivery, or a week after the purchase, they send another email saying unfortunately they only sent ONE pair of skis... So.. they sent half of my order assuming I was OK with that and it arrived almost one week after it was supposed to according to their website at the time of placing the order....
