Service was otherwise OK but the product that I purchased was supposed to be in stock for immediate delivery. However, it was not and it took three weeks to receive it. It's quite irritating that many web shops lure clients by telling that goods are in stock when they are not.

Dear Simo, we really thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the 3 weeks for delivery. It is really unusual since we do deliver either from our warehouse or directly from our suppliers warehouse. The situation is very special at the moment due to a lack of materials and components on one hand, and on the other hand the demand is extremly high at the moment. We really do our best to avoid any impact on customer satisfaction. One of the way to do so, is to keep frequently informed the customer at each step, and with again more attention if something is unusual like it has been for you.
