Je trouve très triste que vous, en tant que client, soyez aidé en français dans le magasin et que le vendeur ne fasse pas le moindre effort pour parler néerlandais.

C'est le moins cher des sites que j'ai consulté pour le même article, la livraison gratuite et rapidement.

Prix compétitifs et clairs (notamment pour les différentes possibilité de livraison) Par contre, peu de photos et de descriptif du produit.

I bought a "toilette broyeur" (SANICOMPACT @ Comfort ECO +) for 1542,75 euros (the most expensive from the "Sanicompact" brand they had available). They gave me instead a cheaper Lafiness D840. When I complained, they tried to convince me (even by means of getting angry!) that it was a Sanicompact in a Lafiness sealed box (LOL). A mistake of their provider, they said. I did not accept the explanation since, although quite similar, I found pictures of each product and saw that indeed what I got was a Lafiness. Finally they accepted to "change" it and, in around two months, gave me the very same toilette, in a plain carton box with an A4 sheet of paper with an impression taken from the online Sanicompact catalog and glued to it. I recognized it since I took pictures of the previous one before giving it back and they have the same stickers in the exact same place.

I bought an expensive "Combiné douche baignoire Cassy". Its doors were deformed and did not close. When asked several times for a replacement, they said new doors will arrive between 4 to 6 weeks. They ended up arriving after 3 months. Instead of giving me new doors, they gave me this: https://postimg.org/image/49l9mhqb7/. These old doors have clear marks of usage and were extremely dirty, not even in a box and it was my problem bringing them home and installing them. When I complained observing that they were old used doors instead of new ones, they said that they could not help me further. I paid around 4000 euros for this shower combination with recycled old, ugly and dirty doors.
