My order came a view Davy’s after i… My order came a view Davy’s after i ordered. Its a good company. The only comment i have is that the mail telling me that my order was underway was in french. It would be better if it is in english because most people know english better then french.

Considering this company is in France…Excellent Service Considering this company is in France the service was excellent and delivery very quick. They messaged me regularly updating me with how my order was progressing. It took less time for my order to travel from France to the UK than from Heathrow to Warrington. Will use this company again.

This is one of the very few online… This is one of the very few online hobby stores who stock all of the items needed to build a successful model. Shipping is a fair cost to where the product is being sent from, and arrives in a timely manner. One suggestion/recommendation for the site and/or model builder is look at the instructions, prior to ordering your model to make sure you have all the correct paints, glue, transfer softeners, etc. etc. which the instructions typically list. I've had to make several orders for materials, as working into the model I did not realize I needed. An amateur issue, not to be repeated? Probably, but the cost of the shipping certainly makes me pause for the next model purchase to be made to ensure that all the materials needed are purchased.

I was very happy with my purchase over… I was very happy with my purchase over all. Even though the box was flattened in transit the model was still intact. I count luck for that considering the models were resin and quite fragile and would have easily been smashed. The expediency with which it arrived to the USA was excellent. Next time I would advise not sending fragile models in envelopes but in boxes.

J'ai commandé un modèle pour Noël - Nous sommes presque en février et rien. Le numéro de suivi Hermes indique "en attente d'expédition" et le site 1001 indique "en cours d'acheminement". J'ai essayé à deux reprises d'annuler la commande, mais rien n'y fait. J'ai donc porté plainte auprès de ma banque - je regrette de m'être fait avoir par leur prix bas et j'aurais dû m'en rendre compte lorsque le paiement a été effectué à une société étrangère. Je recommande la plus grande prudence dans les relations avec cette société.

Contacts cordiaux livraison rapide - tout pour être satisfait! Un geste très sympa de leur part: un premier colis perdu dans la période très chargée avant Noël. Recherches sans succès auprès du transporteur. 100 maquettes me propose de recomposer le colis et de l'envoyer une nouvelle fois. J'accepte et leur demande de joindre une facture car c'est au trabnsporteur et non pas à eux d'assumer la perte. A ma surprise le nouveau colis arrivé accompagné d'une facture à zéro Euros frais d'envoi compris
