Très agréable à jouer et belle sonorité. Seul bémol, les overblow ne sont pas évidents à sortir ! Le petit tournevis était absent de la boîte.

I have, like all harp players, tried a variety of makes. What all have in common is that they all play and are playable ! What they don’t all have in common is ease of play, tone and longevity! This is my first Yonberg, I like it, it’s perhaps a little light on tone or maybe I selected the wrong one, Wind, for playing Blues ? But there is no doubt in my mind that I enjoy playing it and both the service and delivery were excellent. Will I buy another ? Yes I think I may very well do so in the future but I need to have better information on all the different types available so I obtain just what I require for my particular needs. But I do like the make.

Acheté pour essayer et compléter ma collection. Le design est très sympa mais j ai un soucis avec le troisième trou qui émet une vibration anormale de temps à autre a la note soufflée. J ignore si c est la lamelle du troisième trou ou si celle ci fait vibrer une autre partie... d où seulement 3 étoiles...

This is a very expensive Harmonica on which the finishing is pretty dire. The sound quality is fine, though nothing special. But, I'd expect the plastic comb not to have had injction mould remains hanging off of the back of it (it had simply not been finished, same applies to the plastic case and the mini screwdriver). Furthermore, the service standards at Yonberg leave a lot to be desired. I had an issue with the shipment and they could not have been less helpful if they had tried. In fact, they made claims about it having arrived in my home country, that turned out not to be true, That was because thier shipper had lied to them and said the package had been shipped. But when I discovered the package was still sitting in France and pointed it out to them, the person dealing with my complaint was extremely rude. I mentioned having bought harmonicas from an alternative source in France and they had arrived within 4 days. This individual was very disparaging about that manufacturer, made implide racist remarks hinting that because their products were made in China, they must be poor quality, which is just wrong. I will never buy from this company again, because the product is expensive and very average and if teh person I dealt with is anything to go by, the people there are rude, ignorant and anti Chinese.

We received your order on April 30th and shipped it on May 2nd, May 1st being a public holiday in France.
Unfortunately, the french postal services seem to have had a lot of delay in its delivery service at this precise moment. We cannot be responsible for this.
We appologized several times. We called the french postal services to learn more about the delivery date. We proposed you to wait a few more days and to send you a new harmonica for free in case you didn't receive the first one you ordered.
In no way we are racist or anti-chinese at Yonberg. People who know us personaly will be amused by your remark. We know how to appreciate the quality of products made in China. You reproached us for the too high prices of our harmonicas. Our words were simply to remind you of the difference of the production costs between a product made in China and another made in France. It is impossible for us to align our selling prices with those of companies producing in Asia. We really do apologize if it was misunderstood.
Regarding the tone used in the response to your first email, it corresponds to the one you yourself used during your first complaint... which was rather agressive, with very strong words and capital letters...

You finally received your harmonica on May 25, which is, certainly, far too long. And you were right, your parcel arrived in Malaysia on May 17th. It was difficult for us to get the correct information from the postal services. But you have certainly been able to check the shipping date of May 2nd on the shipping label proving our good faith.
Finally, we are very sorry that your instrument does not suit you but hope that you will still play with it from time to time.

Excellent reedplate already curved out of the box. Excellent response to bends. Cover shape to be adapted to the handle. Very very light overall weight. The volume is appreciably lower than other brands’ harps. Personally I would appreciate trying the plates with wood comb and metal plates.

I love this instrument very much. It’s more safe and smooth made for the mouth and lips. Also the sound is better than usual ones. Also zI love that one can hold it better inside the hands. The sound inside the different wholes are better to play and doesn’t get so quickly moistened than other ones. I love to play with it very much and I am very happy, that after such a long time a very good change has happened with the work with Yonberg. Thanks so much from Ulla from south of Switzerland

Bonne étanchéité (souffle favorisé). Excellente sonorité et clarté des notes. Bel article au démontage effectivement facile. Cependant et je ne sais pas si cela provient de ma façon de tenir l'instrument, j'ai été surpris d'avoir la partie la plus large du côté gauche. ( certainement dû à la conception des lames plus longues pour les graves ) donc prise en mains un peu contradictoire pour moi mais rien d'insurmontable, si bien que je pense m' équiper d'un C et d'un G prochainement. Pas de regret pour ce premier achat.

Vraiment fan à plusieurs niveaux : des bouzins esthétiques, pratiques, puissants, agréables à jouer. Seul petit inconvénient, des instruments qui restent assez chers par rapport à la moyenne. La qualité est là, mais c'est vrai que l'on y réfléchit à deux fois (mais pas longtemps).

I am a returning customer eager to try the Titanium plates and reeds. Top note performance is impressive although the lower notes require regapping to achieve work well for me, but I have had that before with your harmonicas so no great surprise.

Un très bon instrument et que je recommande. C'est surtout après m'être enregistré à l'aide d'un logiciel puis écouté que j'ai apprécié la qualité du son. On ne s'entend pas si bien avec l'oreille interne. Je n'ai jamais aussi bien sonner à l'harmo. C'est un instrument qui nécessite d'être joué plusieurs jours avant qu'il se fasse. Après quelques jours ou semaines de pratique, les lames vont s'assouplir et gagner en rondeur et chaleur. Néanmoins, l'harmonica est un tout petit peu trop large au niveau de l'embouchure à mon goût.
