I'm sorry for the time it take, unfortunatly the postal service take more time than usual, you order was made on sunday, we prepared it on thuesday and give it to the postal service wenesday morning.
According to the tracking, they tried to deliver the package today (03/10/2023), you should find a notification paper in your mailbox. if you don't have it, you can contact your local post office, and you also can contact me by mail.
If you contact us by phone, i was probably absent this day, and my coworker is not very confortable to speak in english, sorry.
