Chez Mademoiselle gave me false information. I ordered an item and was told that they only had it in a different color. When I asked when that item would be in stock again, I was told that the company had quit making it. On that basis, I ordered the other color. I later checked with the company that produces that item and learned that the company is indeed still producing it. I also became suspicious of Chez-Mademoiselle upon checking reviews for Colissimo, the delivery company used by Chez Mademoiselle, I discovered numerous complaints about its being fraudulent or charging large fees to get the package in the end. On the basis of the false information about the one product and the reports on Colissimo, I canceled the order. Instead of canceling it, Chez Mademoiselle refunded part of the money and quickly sent out the rest of the order. I have not yet received the goods and so I cannot yet comment on Colissimo or on whether I will even receive the goods.

J'ai voulu acheter un petit haut à dentelle mais l'article avait un défaut. Une personne m'a donc téléphonée pour me prévenir qu'elle ne pouvait pas m'envoyer l'article dans cet état. J'ai donc été remboursé rapidement. C'était très sérieux et aimable.
