Hi...Well I had to pay duty and tax coming into Canada...but the Bender arrived early. I looked at some online instruction for installation and things went smoothly and I am very pleased at the craftsmanship of your product...I have been playing my Fender Esquire with the Bender installed every day and am surprised at the possible ways to use this item...takes a bit of learning but I really like your Bender and it looks great on my guitar. I have looked at other benders and was not impressed by their design and workmanship. My father was a machinist and when I opened the box I knew he would have been as pleased as I was !
