The Hotel and boat-transfer worked out very well. The Hotel is a clean and well run place with good local and international food for breakfast. This was "the package" and it allowed to enjoy the local restaurants for lunch and/or dinner with great local food. The island thulusdhoo is a great place for independent surfers with time on their hands to experience local island vibes. Regarding surfing the preparation and support by 360-surf was below par as boats, surfshop and instructors could only be reached locally (and by whatsapp), once you where on site and got their number exhibited onsite. None of them where prepared nor had planned to handle individual guests to take care of except for Chickens. So me and some surfers had to organize everything piecemeal and due to "island vibes" needed to wait sometimes for up to 3 hours for a trip to the nearby spots or a surf instructor was available. For learning and improving your surf its best to take individual lessons for roughly $50. Group lesssons for about $75 would include the boat transfer, board rental and minimal feedback but those lessons often where cancelled due to the lack of students. It's a great island if you want to experience local vibes and are willing to go with the flow.
