Je n’avais pas reçu tous les vêtements que j’avais acheté. It took almost 3 months, 10 emails and 5 social media messages to eventually receive a refund. I will never purchase from this company again.

I ordered a pair of short size M in yellow. I received size S in red. I’ve emailed Urs to ask how they’d like to handle the situation and haven’t heard back. I’m definitely not happy with my purchase!
