I have an Arab sport horse with lots of mane and a thick tail. Your product has done nothing to soften and manage his hair. Other hair oils from the USA were far superior. Namely KH (Knotty Horse) apricot oil based products and Cowboy Magic which is wonderful and sadly not available to me in Portugal…I also resent the shipment cost which doubles the price of your goods delivery to Portugal.
