My first and probably only buy at this webshop was for me a great disappointment. It took 22 days to receive my order. Meanwhile nobody informed why it's taking so long. I had to call myself. The workflow is according to my meaning chaotic. I never got the right person on the phone they always said they had to call me back. That didn't happen consequently so i had to call myself again. The was all honey and milk but didn't help practically nothing. All kind of explanations, excuse all brought super sweet with laugh, kindness, friendly but never giving a useful answer. Maybe they neither knew nothing why it's taking so long? And coincidence or not i don't know but when i wanted to cancel my order suddenly the next day my order was handed over to the carrier. So finally after 22 days i received my order. Sorry but i cannot recommend this shop. It was for me personally a bad experience and i buy a lot from the internet.
